Lag and the Economical Golf Swing - Digital eBook
This is a simple, effective and powerful default swing for those not interested in finding their own unique golf swing fundamentals. It is based on two simplifying concepts: (1) the least number of moving parts; and (2) impact mirrors address as much as possible. You may notice similarities with the Moe Norman and Gary Edwin methods which were heavily borrowed from, as the author acknowledges. But, it adds a third simplifying concept: it dispenses the need for forearm rollover either on the backswing or downswing. Short, but well illustrated, it is particularly useful for seniors or others with flexibility issues. Specifically if you lack the flexibility to get the tip of your lead shoulder behind the ball at the top of your swing, this book is for you.
