If you’re dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason within 30 days, send us an email to email@example.com and we’ll give you a complete refund. If you paid for a printed book, you'll need to ship it back to us and then we'll process your refund.
Once we receive your item (if we shipped it out), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Within 5 business days, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
